Key Responsibilities:
Performance Leadership: Act as the primary driver for team revenue, managing and tracking daily performance through KPIs and CRM data.

Strategic Expansion: Build and expand the sales team by identifying, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent.

Quality Control: Oversight of listing quality on major portals (Property Finder, Bayut) to ensure brand consistency and lead optimization.

Dubai Expertise: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market with a proven leadership record.

We are seeking a reliable and professional Company Driver to support our field operations. You will be responsible for the safe transportation of clients and assisting the team with essential logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Transport: Drive clients to viewings and property inspections across Dubai.
Logistics Support: Assist the administration team with the delivery and collection of legal documents (MOU, NOC, etc.).
Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure company vehicles are always clean, fueled, and serviced.
Required Skills & Profile:
Valid UAE Driving License (Manual/Automatic).
In-depth knowledge of Dubai geography and RTA regulations.
Punctuality, reliability, and a clean driving record.
